The Importance of Hydration – Did you know if you are well hydrated it can promote your health and wellbeing?
The human body is made up of about 70% water and the brain itself is made up of about 85% water!
Water is a key contributor to our health and essential to every single cell in the body. In this talk we will cover when well dehydrated, how it affects the body and mind and tips to help improve better hydration in our every day lives.
Benefits of keeping hydrated:- water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better, keeps skin supple and helps cleanse your body inside and out.
